Marshall to play for Western Nebraska

Pilipa’a alum Kadara Marshall has signed to play volleyball at Western Nebraska in 2016-17.
Marshall, a 2016 Waiakea High School graduate, played MB for three years for Pilipa’a where she won multiple Moku O Keawe Regional Championships and Haili Tournament championships. She was also the starting middle blocker on a talented Pilipa’a squad that had 3 top-10 national tournament finishes (SCVA Las Vegas Classic, 5th in 2014, 8th in 2015 and Consolation Champions 10th at the AAU National Championship in 2015.) She was also multi-sport standout at Waiakea where she was a two-time all-BIIF first team selection in volleyball, a 4-year varsity soccer player and won an individual state championship in the triple jump at the 2016 HHSAA State Track meet.
Marshall will join Kamehameha-Hawaii / Hi Intensity’s Maraea O’Connor at the Junior College powerhouse in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
